数字出版的发展取决于数字技术、互联网技术、人工智能、大数据、流媒体技术等信息技术的创新,专利是具有高科技含量的知识产权成果,反映了相关领域技术发展的水平和热点。为了解我国数字出版技术发展热点及研发态势,利用智慧芽(Pat Snap)专利检索平台和分析工具,运用专利分析方法,对数字出版相关专利总体概况、专利申请趋势、地域分布、技术构成、技术变迁及研发热点等进行了分析。针对数字出版专利反映的问题,结合目前数字信息技术发展趋势,对未来数字出版技术创新发展进行了探讨,以期我国数字出版相关技术研发提供参考。

The development of digital publishing depends on the innovation of digital technology, Internet technology, artificial intelligence,big data,streaming media technology and other digital technologies. Patents are intellectual property achievements with high-scientific content,which reflects the technology development level and the research and development focus. In order to understand the development hotspots and research and development trends of digital publishing technology in China, used the patent retrieval platform and analysis tools of Pat Snap and the patent analysis method,analysed the general situation of digital publishing related patents, patent application trend, regional distribution, technology composition, technology changes and research and development hot spots etc.In view of the reflecting problems of digital publishing patent, combined with the current development trend of digital information technology and the demand of future digital publishing technology,discusses the innovation and development of digital publishing technology in the future, in order to provide reference for the research and development of digital publishing related technology in China.
