本研究从理论层面深入探究了知识产权保护对服务贸易出口结构升级的影响机制,在此基础上以108个国家2005-2019年的跨国面板数据为样本,就知识产权保护对服务贸易出口结构升级的影响及作用机制进行了实证检验。研究发现：(1)就总体样本而言,知识产权保护对服务贸易出口结构升级的影响呈现“U”型特征。(2)分区域来看,发达国家知识产权保护对服务贸易出口结构升级的影响呈正向线性特征,即发达国家知识产权保护水平的提高能显著促进服务贸易出口结构的升级；发展中国家知识产权保护对服务贸易出口结构升级呈“U”型非线性影响。（3）中介效应检验结果表明发展中国家和发达国家的知识产权保护均能通过影响企业创新研发进而促进一国服务贸易出口结构升级。本研究为政府推动服务产业发展和调整出口贸易结构提供了政策依据。

This research thoroughly explores the impact mechanism of the intellectual property protection on the upgrading of service trade export structure from a theoretical level. Based on this, using the cross-border panel data of 108 countries from 2005 to 2018 as a sample, this paper makes an empirical test on the impact and mechanism of intellectual property protection on the export structure of service trade. The results are as follows. First, as for the overall sample, the impact of intellectual property protection on the upgrading of the service trade export structure presents a "U"-shaped characteristic. Second, from a regional perspective, the impact of intellectual property protection in developed countries on the upgrading of service trade export structure has a positive linear characteristic, that is, the improvement of intellectual property protection in developed countries can significantly promote the upgrading of service trade export structure; the intellectual property protection in developing countries has a “U”-shaped impact on the upgrading of the export structure of service trade. Third, the analysis of the mediating effect of the mechanism shows that the intellectual property protection in both developing and developed countries can promote the upgrading of the service trade export structure through the channel of influencing enterprise innovation and R D.
